• The frame of the rack consists of three parts: extruded 6063 T5 aluminum columns, beams and beam-to-column connections that are made of aluminum-alloy ( ADC12 ) with t-shaped brackets. For added robustness, beams and columns are connected to beam-to-column connection by M8 screws
• Static loading capacity up to 1800kg and dynamic loading capacity up to 1000kg
• Certified MIL-STD-167/MIL-STD-810G vibration test (Military Standard)
• Certified GR-63-CORE Zone4 seismic test (Equivalent to earthquake of magnitude eight)

• Perforated doors for massive front-to-rear airflow provide a ventilation rate above 66%. (The distance cross the corners of the hexagonal mesh is 2mm, and the length of its side is 5mm.)
• Quick-release side panels offer simple and effortless installation
• Multi-module fan unit (2-fan unit / 4-fan unit/ 6-fan unit) can effectively manage the hot air from operating equipment. These are UL compliant and can help increase electrical safety
• Multi-stage quick-release top and bottom covers allow cables to easily pass through the rack
• U positions are numbered on adjustable mounting rails to help IT experts recognize the position to quickly install equipment
• M16 leveling feet secure the racks in place by adjusting the leveling feet even if the racks are set up in a server room with non-raised floors
• Lifting eye-bolts (M16 thread) at the top of the rack, which can be used to hang and move the rack when an elevator is not available
• The high-strength horizontal support rails can disperse the weight of IT equipment, making the racks robust and safe
• Anti-seismic connection design (such as side baying connectors or top baying connectors) offers safe connections in between racks and in between racks and the building
